It's admirable that Dick Clark, whose New Year's Rockin' Eve is a television institution, has continued to host the show even after a stroke robbed him of some of his speech abilities. So our hearts went out to him when he fumbled counting down from twenty into the start of a new year. But we felt even worse for Ryan Seacrest, who apparently had no one to kiss at midnight.
