Feuerstein Nature Family Resort Hotel Review, Brennero, South Tyrol, Italy

Service here is exceptional; friendly, fast and always going the extra mile, such as waiting staff dispensing wine and food recommendations to parents while simultaneously picking up kids’ dropped toys. A highlight are the four swimming pools, including a baby pool, activity pool with enormous slide (and timer on the wall so you see how fast you descend) and al fresco infinity pool reached via sliding doors. The large, outside pond with frogs and a raft pulled along by ropes, provides endless hours of fun for kids.

In summer enjoy days out exploring hiking and biking trails, while in winter there are snowshoe and toboggan adventures, plus skiing close by in Ladurns. Up to 70 hours of childcare (up to the age of 16) per week means parents get the chance to relax on a lounger or book a massage in the Mountain Spa safe in the knowledge their children are enjoying treasure hunts, waterfall tours and wood carving workshops.

A painting studio, indoor sandpit and playbarn complete with dressing up area and hayloft for jumping into provide fun on bad weather days. Teens can get involved in football tournaments, climbing, rafting and even overnight camping trips. A refreshing lack of screen time for all ages is a major appeal.
