Jacob Whitesides’ album, “A Piece of Me,” was released on February 14, 2015. The album debuted number 26 on the Billboard charts, and was a hit amongst fans. Similarly, his girlfriend Bea Miller released her debut album “Not an Apology,” on July 24, 2015. Bea was also quick to find success when her powerful album hit number 7 on Billboard charts. Not only did both of these rising stars drop an album within the same year, but both albums have a similar artistic look. Shortly after Christmas, Jacob surprised Bea by flying one of her best friends, Cole Plante, to Tennessee to see her. In today’s society, we often see relationships faltering over something as simple as jealousy, but Jacob threw that stigma out the window when he organized for one of Bea’s besties to come hang out with them. Instead of being envious of other people in his girl’s life, he embraces them. Can we say best boyfriend ever? Bea agreed with this statement, tweeting shortly after being reunited with Cole, “I have the best boyfriend in the entire world.” She followed up with the heartfelt message of “I hadn’t seen Cole since September.” This was definitely one of the sweetest surprises ever!

On January 10, 2016, Jacob and Bea took twitter by storm when they dropped a cover of them singing Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself” together. The former “X-Factor” stars uploaded the cover to SoundCloud and started the #JacobAndBeaSoundCloud hashtag on Twitter. The tag was trending within minutes, and the cover became wildly popular as fans expressed their love for not only the music but the couple as well. Honestly, what’s better than two talented in-love teens singing together?
