Tobyn Jacobs Father Jim Jacobs and Mother Karyn Kobayashi

Tobyn Jacobs dad Jim Jacobs is a writer for the broadway play, Grease. Tobyn and Jim had a wonderful vacation in Tokyo in 2009.  

Jim is an actor, writer, composer, and lyricist born in Chicago, Illinois, to a loving family. His dad, Harold Jacobs, was a factory foreman. 

His mother was Norma Mathison Jacobs. 

The actor completed his studies at Taft High School. He shared a passion for playing guitar from an early age. 

Billy Haley was his idol when he was 11 but some years later, Elvis Presley. Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, and Buddy Holly influenced his life. 

He started imitating playing guitar in his teenage and convinced his parents of its lesson. 

However, he started teaching himself after the four lessons. 

The writer even used to perform with the band DDT & the Dynamiters alongside Terry Kath during high school. 

He dropped out of college as persuaded by his parents. He started working in the factory. He worked in the factory packing ink for a year and quit. 

Jim Has A Beautiful Family

Jim Jacobs has three children including Tobyn and Janissa Rose Jacob. Jim Jacob son Tobyn Jacob is an internet sensation who received fame for his giant papercraft.

The actor previously married Daine Rita Gomez and Denise Nettleton.

He started with the local theatre group The Chicago Playwrights Center alongside Warren Casey. 

The two artists collaborate on a high school life play, Grease, which became the Boardway's success. The play was based on the Jim Jacobs high school experience.  

He lived as an advertising copywriter for around five years while working on some theatrical productions. 

The actor starred in the 1968 movie Medium Cool and Robert Sickinger-directed film Love in a Taxi. He worked in Boardway and was portrayed in the 1969 play No Place to Be Somebody. 

In 2006, he judged 'Grease You're the One That I Want!' as NBC offered him husky cash.

He wrote Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, Grease, Le Musical, Grease Live!, and Musical Grease.

The writer composed Mashup, Greased Lighting: BMW Flash Dance, and John Travolta & Olivia Netwon-John: Summer Nights.
